By acquiring the brand “Alperi”, we were able to integrate into our company the expertise involved in the art of making processed cheese, long-established in Southern Germany. 

Upon acquiring the processed cheese dairy Alperi in 1985, we learned the secrets of the art of making processed cheese, enabling us to expand our range of products considerably.
On the basis of our Chester and Emmental processed cheese preparation, we offer customised product developments for meat and fish processing, as well as for convenience foods and products. Our products particularly suit the needs of modern gastronomy concerning cold meats and as an ingredient in all kinds of dishes.
