We also develop our own solutions, starting with the finished dish and then developing the process with the right, high-quality ingredients for optimal use of cheese-based products.

Our modular system is open to all requests
Choose the optimal ingredients, the unique recipe, the ideal production process and the perfect packaging. We will of course be happy to make suggestions or produce samples for you in any shape, colour or flavour.
- Process: Processed cheese with and without emulsifying salts and natural cheese
- Ingredients: Edam, Gouda, Emmental, Mozzarella, Chester red / white, Gorgonzola, goat’s cheese, Camembert or Feta, or a cheese of your choice
- Application: filling of Cordon Bleus, as a gratin topping for meat or fish pieces, hot dogs, hamburgers, salads and sprinkling on pizzas or pasta dishes
- Form: as long strips, grated, diced, in slices, as rolls, as bars, as fingers, square, round or oval – our cheese can take any form and melts on command.
- Sauces: warm or cold, with or without cheese
